Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. She won her Professional Card within a year and was 17. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent the first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she placed third. The summer of 2016 saw her took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th within the fitness division, despite having zero expectations. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as the seated rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way possible. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
